Birth support

I offer physical, psychological and emotional support throughout the entire birth without time limits, I can suggest relief positions, changes in birth positions if they are appropriate for the given period of birth. I provide relaxation massages. I can also be a psychological support for your partner, I respect your wishes and help you navigate the birth process. I sensitively observe your birth process from the beginning, when we connect. I support your connection with your partner during birth and support his/her competence. A good start to a successful birth is to go to the maternity hospital with regular strong contractions and therefore it is advisable to recognize messengers, irregular contractions that do not open the birth canal. I can help you with this.
Birth support includes continuous maternity emergency care 21 days before the due date until your birth. After the birth begins, I will agree with the woman whether we will meet directly at the place of birth or spend some time at the woman's home.
I accompany all women, regardless of religion or philosophy, during natural or medically assisted birth. I respect their decisions.

A postpartum visit

includes a conversation about the course of your birth. The main goal is not to carry unexplained disappointments or traumas into the future. Some women do not remember parts of their birth and would like to be aware of them. I also provide these services to women whom I did not accompany, if they are interested.
As a certified lactation consultant, I can help with breastfeeding, a possible topic is the so-called postpartum blues (crying, loss of energy, exhaustion of a woman).

Doula services: 18000 CZK
(includes: non-refundable reservation fee 3000 CZK,
24-hour emergency from the 37th week until delivery 5000 CZK,

Travel by own car: 10 CZK/km
Lactation counseling: 1500 CZK/hour
Telephone counseling: 100-500 CZK
